What is your returns/refunds policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds for any of our products, except for manufacturing defects.
When it comes to clothes, please check the sizing chart closely! The easiest way to make sure what you're ordering is going to fit is for you to grab a shirt you already love, and measure its width & height.
Can I wear this at work?
Although we'd love you to take our designs everywhere, please make sure you respect and abide by your employer's/organization's dress code or code of conduct if you intend to wear or use any Mannequin Fan Club gear in your professional work. We cannot be responsible for any repercussions you may experience due to violations of professional conduct.
What is your shipping charge?
We charge a flat-rate shipping rate, based on the value of your purchase and the currency you choose to shop with. Our shipping table is included below:

How long does my product take?
We custom-produce every product upon order. Please allow for two days for production. Most products then ship right to your doorstep within 6-10 business days. We're sorry -- at this point, we are unable to offer express shipping.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
Our product is shipped from the most cost-effective location. In most cases, a product destined to the U.S. will be sent from the U.S., and a product destined for Canada will be sent from Canada. In very rare cases, we may have to ship things across a border. In this case, please be aware that you might be responsible for any customs charges that are assessed on the product.
Can I send you additional ideas to make as a shirt?
We hope these designs inspire you in your own work as a professional. If our products inspire some creative designs, and you share those design ideas with us, you grant us the unconditional and irrevocable right to a world-wide, unrestricted, royalty-free license to use your idea for any purpose we deem appropriate.
